Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world's leading real estate companies, has more than 11,000 staff in 190 offices in over 50 countries. The firm delivers integrated solutions by actively advising, implementing and managing on behalf of landlords, tenants and investors through every stage of the real estate process. These solutions include helping clients to buy, sell, finance, lease and manage assets. One of the key areas of activity is now investment. The fact that property investment volumes had risen by over 700% since 2000 and cross border investment increased by 170% triggered the need to have some sort of global report.

Solution

Working with the research and marketing departments at Cushman & Wakefield, Mulberry created a 78 page report which features data and maps from 26 countries and was hailed as an immediate success when it was published in 2006. The 2007 edition has been expanded to include 37 countries over 108 pages.
