Marketing consultant
(6 month contract to possible permanent) Based, Essex/Cambs. Circa £20k
We need some help with a major project for one of our clients. We are undertaking a major marketing audit that will include an in depth review of the market and carefully considered proposals for the future marketing strategy. You must have at least 5 years classical marketing experience in a blue chip organisation or major marketing led agency. An analytical approach and sound commercial appreciation are vital to the role.

Senior Creative Director
Competitive salary plus equity share
An experienced Creative Director is to be recruited. The role is to help manage the creative output of the agency and ensure that the highest creative and commercial standards are applied to every project. The successful candidate will be expected, in time, to take over the complete management of the creative department, which will involve receiving an equity stake in the business.

Web developer
To £35k p/a depending on experience
Our increasing number of clients who need interactive marketing activity means we need another web developer. Working within our busy E Business department, you will be an important part of in house team. You will need to be able to design in Photoshop and carry that design to HTML, CSS and Web safe graphics. A thorough knowledge of HTML and appropriate software programs is essential.
